Customer acknowledges the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.

 

Customer further acknowledges that Zahourek has recommended preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

 

Customer further acknowledges that Zahourek can not guarantee that Customer, its teachers, staff and students will not become infected with the Coronavirus/COVID-19.  Customer understands that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of Customer, its teachers, staff, students and their families and others.

 

Customer acknowledges that it must comply with all recommended procedures to reduce the spread while using services and products of Zahourek.  Customer should take all steps necessary to confirm that those using Zahourek services and products do not pose health risks to any other persons participating in a class.

 

Customer for itself and on behalf of all affected parties including, without limitation, teachers, staff, and students (“affected parties”) hereby releases and agrees to hold Zahourek, and its employees, staff, directors, officers, and shareholders (the “Released Parties”) harmless from, and waives on behalf of Customer, affected parties and their heirs, and personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to person and/or property that may be cause by an act, or failure to act of Zahourek, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any product or services received from Zahourek.  

 

Customer for itself and the affected third parties understand, that this release discharges Zahourek and the Released Parties from any liability or claim that Customer, affected third parties, their heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Zahourek and the other Released Parties with respect  to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services or products received from Zahourek.
